Welcome to ngTunnel.com, a public SSH tunnel service operated by ngTunnel. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • To use our Service, you must register an account using your Google account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Plans

  • Free Plan: The free plan provides SSH tunneling with randomly generated subdomains for HTTP and TLS forwarding. This service is provided "as is" and may be subject to usage limitations or interruptions.
  • Paid Plan: Paid plans offer additional features, including static domains. Payments for paid plans are processed via a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or financial information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Transmitting or hosting any content that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Engaging in any form of malicious activity, such as hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service or the servers that host it.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
